PDC provides Professional Development and Consulting services in various areas of Management Development. These services encompass Executive through supervisory and non-exempt level programs that may be customized to the developmental needs of the company and the employee. Examples of these services include Situational Leadership, Sales Training, Facilitator Training, Strategic Implementation, Presentation Skills, Performance Management, Preventing Sexual Harassment, Diversity, Train-The-Trainer, Supervisory Skills, Situational Service (Customer Service) and O.D. Consulting.
President and founder David Specker served as Corporate Director of Organizational Development for Westwood Pharmaceuticals, Division of Bristol-Myers Squibb, Buffalo, NY where he directed all training and development activities for employees in the U.S. and Canada. He also served Westwood as a Consultant to Senior Management in areas of Succession Planning, Multi-Level Assessments and assisted employees requiring performance improvement to assure viable career paths. He designed and implemented the corporation's entire Management Development program, including their Canadian affiliate. This encompassed all Sales and Management Development programs. Mr. Specker started PDC & Associates in 1990. Some of PDC's clients include: Bristol-Myers Squibb, Bausch & Lomb, Fisher-Price, Motorola, Tower Group Intn'l, Independent Health, Daishowa-Marubeni LTD, Sanofi Diagnostics Pasteur, and Clairol.
Prior to Westwood, Mr. Specker served as: Director of Manufacturing for Lehigh Packaging, Burlington, NJ; National Plant Manager Trainee for Frito-Lay Inc., Dallas, TX., Plant Manager for Burron Medical Products, Inc., Bethlehem, PA; Department Manager, Catheter Manufacturing for Jelco Laboratories, Division of Johnson & Johnson, Raritan, NJ.
