This workshop encompasses both the concepts and skills necessary to effectively manage the performance of your people and it also covers the techniques of COACHING. We will customize it to your present system and process and the workshop can be completed in one and a half to two days. The agenda is enclosed and we design it to meet our client's particular needs and objectives.

The main message the participants will get out of this workshop, besides practical experience in role playing, will be to understand that one of their major responsibilities as a member of management (supervisor, manager, director) is to develop their people. This can only be accomplished through effective performance management.

PDC's PMP includes a unique and comprehensive data collection system that takes the anxiety out of writing, giving and receiving a performance review. The entire process can lead into a full 360° feedback system that may be phased into an organization over time.
