Style Labs have been created in response to our customers' request for additional follow-up to the Situational Leadership® program. Your participation in the workshop will give you the benefit of review and practice, to ensure that you not only understand the Situational Leadership® Model, but that you apply your knowledge in all your leadership actions.
There are three different workshops, each focusing in on different pairs of styles and how to effectively move between them. Over the course of the half-day sessions, you will revisit common questions revolving around leadership:
- "Why doesn't one leadership style work for everyone?"
- "Which leadership style is most effective?"
- "How do I know which style to use?"
- "How do I determine what each follower needs from me?"
- "How do I know if I am using the correct leadership style?"
- "What are my tendencies as a leader?"
In response to these questions and any others you may bring to the table, we will review key information you learned in the Situational Leadership Program. Specifically, we will discuss follower readiness, developing vs. regressing, leader behaviors, and the consequences of style matches vs. mismatches. Most importantly, this workshop has been designed to give the time to fine-tune your skills.
